Feedstock: Any biomass resource destined for conversion to energy or biofuel. For example, corn and sugar cane are feedstocks for ethanol production, soybean and canola oils are feedstocks for biodiesel production, and switchgrass and forestry or wood waste are feedstocks for cellulosic ethanol production.
